Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, profile photo, and any other information you provide in your agent profile.

Property Listing Data

Property titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, location details, and features you enter when creating listings.

Lead Information

When visitors submit inquiries through your public page, we collect their name, email, phone number, and message on your behalf.

Usage Data

Page views, click counts on contact buttons (WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, Phone), device information, and basic analytics through Firebase Analytics.

Payment Information

We do not store credit card or bank account details. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) through their hosted payment pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Service; create and manage your account; process subscriptions and payments; generate AI-powered listing content via OpenAI; display your public agent page and property listings; deliver lead inquiries to you; send service-related communications; monitor usage and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
OpenAI — AI-powered content generation for property listings. Your property descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
Razorpay / Stripe / PayPal — Secure payment processing. Your payment data is handled entirely by these providers.
Cloudflare — Security (Turnstile CAPTCHA) and performance.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud). We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules that enforce strict tenant isolation — each agent can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your profile, listings, leads, and analytics data. Minimal anonymized logs may be retained for internal metrics.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of your personal data.
Rectification — Update or correct your data through your dashboard.
Erasure — Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Data Portability — Export your data in JSON format.
