At MyListed.co, operated by NeerSoft Technology LLP, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to both Basic and Pro plans, for both monthly and annual billing cycles.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. The request must be submitted via email to hello@neersoft.com with your registered email address, payment receipt, and reason for the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests made after the 7-day window has expired; renewal payments (refunds apply only to the first payment); accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations; Enterprise plan custom contracts (subject to separate agreement); or partial month/year usage claims after the 7-day window.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Send an email to hello@neersoft.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Email]". Include your registered email address, date of purchase, payment method used, and reason for requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account as applicable).

For payments made via Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal, the refund timeline may vary based on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period after the 7-day window.
