These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyListed.co (the "Service"), operated by NeerSoft Technology LLP ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MyListed.co is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides real estate agents with a mobile-first landing page to showcase property listings, capture leads, and generate AI-powered listing content. Each agent receives a unique public URL (e.g., mylisted.co/username).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with varying listing limits, AI rewrite quotas, and analytics features. Plan pricing is displayed on the subscription page and may be updated with prior notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading may reduce your available quotas.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to the respective payment provider's terms of service. Prices are displayed in the currency configured in your profile.

5. Content and Listings

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including property descriptions, photos, pricing, and contact information. You represent that you have the legal right to list the properties and use all uploaded media.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed for accuracy before publishing. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated text.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is reported as fraudulent or misleading.

6. Lead Data

Lead information (name, email, phone, message) submitted by visitors through your public page is collected and stored on your behalf. You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings; attempt to access other agents' data or accounts; interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security; scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service; use automated tools to create accounts or listings; or resell access to the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of NeerSoft Technology LLP. Your listing content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on your public page.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
